Paone and Zaleski have been named Super Lawyers again in the April 2012 issue of N.J. Monthly. Only 5 percent of New Jersey lawyers receive this honor. Paone and Zaleski have each been recognized as Super Lawyers every year since the rating commenced in 2005. Moreover, Mr. Paone has been selected as one of the top 100 attorneys in New Jersey by N.J. Monthly.

Brown and Murray have been named Rising Stars again for 2012. Rising Stars are the best attorneys 40 years of age or younger, or who have been practicing less than 10 years. The selection process was made after balloting the top 5 percent of attorneys named as Super Lawyers, extensive independent credentials research, a blue ribbon panel process and a final review and check of good standing.

Megan S. Murray, Esq. has been qualified by the Board on Attorney Certification Matrimonial Committee as a certified Matrimonial Law Attorney. Ms. Murray's qualification was based on her written application and her performance on Board on Attorney Certification examination. Only a small group of family law attorneys in New Jersey are certified as Matrimonial Law Attorneys. Certification requires significant experience in the practice of family law, including trial work and litigation. The examination to qualify for certification requires an extensive and broad knowledge as to case law, court rules and statutes relevant to the practice of family law.

On May 2012, John P. Paone, Jr. was appointed by the New Jersey State Bar Association as a member of the Judicial Prosecutorial Appointments Committee (JPAC). JPAC evaluates every candidate being considered by the governor as possible nominees for judicial appointments or reappointment to the Supreme Court and Superior Court, and for appointment or reappointment to the position of county prosecutor.
