Murray selected as Associate Managing Editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer:

Megan S. Murray, Esq. has been selected to become an Associate Managing Editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer. The New Jersey Family Lawyer is a periodical dedicated to addressing family law issues from an in-depth legal perspective. Ms. Murray previously served as an associate editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer.

Murray to Receive Young Lawyer of the Year Award

On March 13, 2013, Megan S. Murray, Esq. will receive the Young Lawyer of the Year Award from the Middlesex County Bar Association. This award recognizes Ms. Murray's dedication to the practice of family law, professional recognition through publications, and time volunteered to bar activities at the county and state level. The award will be presented at the Middlesex County Bar Association's March General Membership Dinner Meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at the Pines Manor in Edison.

John P. Paone Jr. Featured in Best Lawyers 2013

John P. Paone Jr., has been selected for inclusion in the 2013 edition of Best Lawyers. Only 40 attorneys in New Jersey have been selected by the publication in the practice of Family Law. Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer review publication in the legal profession. Mr. Paone has been cited in Best Lawyers every year since 2006.

Megan S. Murray, Esq. selected as 2012 recepient of Martin S. Goldin Award

Megan S. Murray, Esq. has been selected as the 2012 receipt of the Martin S. Goldin Award.  The Martin S. Goldin Award was established in 2003 to honor the memory of Martin S. Goldin, a family law practitioner who was renowned for his good nature, collegiality and genuine respect for all members of the bench and bar.  The Award is presented annually to a Family Law Practitioner who has been engaged in the practice for 15 years or less and exemplifies those principles by which Mr. Goldin practiced family law.  Those principles included, a continuous study of past and present case law; careful and detailed analysis of each case; presentation of the issues and applicable law to clients in a readily understandable manner; attempting to settle issues on a fair and reasonable basis before resorting to litigation; fostering respect and courtesy for the bench and bar; maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism and exhibiting leadership in the County or State Bar Association.  Ms. Murray will be presented with the Martin S. Goldin Award on January 18, 2012 at the Pines Manor in Edison, New Jersey.
