On May 11, 2013, Megan S. Murray, Esq., will be moderating the seminar Motions that Matter, which will provide in depth practice tips regarding the preparation and arguing of Motions in the family part. The seminar will feature a panel, consisting of experienced matrimonial attorneys and family law judges. The seminar will take place at the Law Center in New Brunswick commencing at 9:00 a.m.

On April 27, 2013, Megan S. Murray, Esq. will be a featured guest speaker at the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators Annual Divorce Mediation Seminar. Ms. Murray will be speaking on legal updates relevant to the practice of family law. The seminar will take place at The Imperia Hotel in Somerset, New Jersey, commencing at 9:00 a.m.

John P. Paone, Jr. will once again be a speaker at the annual Family Law Symposium.  Mr. Paone will be discussing the top 10 family law cases published in 2012.  Mr. Paone presents the top 10 cases annually at the Family Law Symposium, an event which is attended by hundreds of judges, matrimonial practitioners, forensic experts, mediators and other family-law related professionals from across the state.  The date for the symposium is January 26, 2013.

On December 5, 2012, John P. Paone, Jr. will be moderating a domestic violence symposium, which will include helpful pointers and guidance in connection with trying a domestic violence case.  Megan S. Murray, Esq. will be a speaker at the symposium and will discuss hot tips from the Domestic Violence Procedures Manual.  The seminar will take place at the Law Center in New Brunswick from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
