Victoria Paone Rosa, Esq. is an Associate with the Law Offices of Paone, Zaleski & Murphy, which is located in Woodbridge and Red Bank, New Jersey. Victoria’s practice is exclusively devoted to matrimonial litigation practice, including but not limited to, divorce, child support, child custody, equitable distribution, alimony, domestic violence, palimony and all other family law issues. Victoria earned her Bachelor’s Degree with honors from Muhlenberg College. Thereafter, Victoria attended Widener University Delaware Law School where she served as an Articles Editor to the Law Review. Victoria earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2016 and graduated magna cum laude in the top 10% of her class.

Prior to joining the firm, Victoria served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mara E. Zazzali-Hogan J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Monmouth Vicinage for the 2016-2017 court term. Victoria clerked in both the Family and Civil Divisions. She also gained a tremendous amount of family law experience through her service as a legal intern for the Honorable James J. McGann, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Monmouth Vicinage and also for the Honorable Michael K. Newell of the Family Court of Delaware.

Victoria is currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association and Monmouth Bar Association. In addition, Victoria is a member of the Monmouth Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee, for which organization she will serve as Co-Chair for the 2022-2023 term. She was recently sworn in as Vice President of the Monmouth County Legal Aid Society, a non-profit organization to which Victoria has been a member for four consecutive terms (2019-2023) and received an Equal Justice Medal from Legal Services of New Jersey “in recognition as a Major Contributor of Pro Bono Legal Assistance to clients of Legal Services, specifically those referred by Central Jersey Legal Services.” She was previously appointed as an Advisory Trustee of the Monmouth Bar Association for the 2021-2022 term.

For the past five years, Victoria has held the position of Associate with the Aldona E. Appleton Family Law Inn of Court. Victoria is the recipient of the 2020 Middlesex County Bar Association Young Lawyer of the Year Award for her outstanding contributions to the practice of family law and her continued support of and involvement in bar association activities. In her spare time, Victoria writes family law articles for the Monmouth Journal, Two River Times, Asbury Park Press, and other publications.

Notably, Ms. Rosa was selected to Thomas Reuters Rising Stars list for 2021 & 2022.* This peer designation is awarded only to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state. The Rising Stars selection process takes into account peer recognition, professional achievement in legal practice, and other cogent factors.
