Cassie Murphy, Esq., a partner with the Law Offices of Paone, Zaleski and Murphy, will be one of three featured speakers at the Middlesex County Family Law Section Dinner Meeting on April 29, 2019. Ms. Murphy will lecture on legislative issues affecting the family law practice. This program will specifically focus on suspension of driver’s license for failure to pay child support, legal Malpractice statute of limitations, legalization of cannabis, presumption of a 50-50 custodial arrangement in prospective custody cases, increase of penalties for filing false domestic violence claims, and the future of medical benefits for a divorce from bed and board.
