An associate at Paone Zaleski & Murphy, Mr. Paone focuses his practice on family law, divorce and domestic violence.
Mr. Paone is admitted to the Bar of New Jersey. From 2013-2016, he served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey as a member of the Specialized Crime Unit. As a Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Paone tried cases before juries and appeared before Superior Courts throughout the state. Before joining the Attorney General’s office, he served as a law student extern to the Hon. Barry Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court and upon graduating from law school he served as a Chancery Division law clerk to the Hon. Glenn Berman and later the Hon. Ann McCormick.
Mr. Paone is a member of the Middlesex County and New Jersey State Bar Association. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Muhlenberg College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School where he graduated Cum Laude and served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review.
