On June 28, 2022, John P. Paone, III, Esq., the Senior Associate of the Law Offices of Paone, Zaleski & Murphy, will lecture on cohabitation and its impact on family law via the Monmouth Bar Association live webcast. During this one-hour lecture, Mr. Paone will address the different methods of private investigation and how they are utilized in cohabitation cases. In addition, Mr. Paone will address the history of relevant statutory law and reported case law regarding cohabitation. John F. DeBartolo, Esq. of McGoughran Law will also lecture on helpful trial tips and strategies when trying a family law case involving cohabitation.
