John P. Paone, III, Esq., the Senior Associate of the Law Offices of Paone, Zaleski & Murphy, will moderate an hour and a half lecture on children’s school enrollment, student records, and school transportation in the context of family law on December 4, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. via webcast and live at 87 Bayard Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey 0890. Mr. Paone and two additional attorneys will address the education statutes, regulations, and case law most relevant to the practice of family law involving children and their education.

Mr. Paone’s practice is exclusively devoted to matrimonial litigation practice, including but not limited to, divorce, child support, child custody, equitable distribution, alimony, domestic violence, palimony and all other family law issues. From 2013-2016, Mr. Paone served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey as a member of the Specialized Crime Unit. As a Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Paone tried cases before juries and appeared before Superior Courts throughout the state. Before joining the Attorney General’s office, Mr. Paone served as a law student extern to the Hon. Barry Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court (Ret.) and, upon graduating law school, he served as a Superior Court Chancery Division law clerk to the Hon. Glenn Berman (Ret.) and the Hon. Ann McCormick (Ret.).

Locally, he is a member of the Monmouth, Middlesex, and New Jersey Bar Associations. Mr. Paone serves as a Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
