John P. Paone, Jr., Esq. and Cassie Murphy, Esq., partners with the Law Offices of Paone, Zaleski & Murphy, will be featured speakers at the 2026 Family Law Symposium. Mr. Paone will present on the most important reported family law decisions in 2025. Ms. Murphy will moderate a panel discussing innovative arguments regarding alimony and the marital lifestyle.
The Symposium is the seminal family law lecture that is held annually and is attended by over 700 matrimonial practitioners, judges, accountants, and other family law professionals across the state. This year, the Symposium will be held at the Hyatt Regency, which is located at 2 Albany St New Brunswick, New Jersey. Mr. Paone’s presentation will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 9:05 a.m. and Ms. Murphy’s panel will commence that same day at 2:50 p.m.
