John P. Paone, Jr., Esq. and Cassie Murphy, Esq., partners with the Law Offices of Paone, Zaleski & Murphy, will be featured speakers at the 2022 Family Law Symposium. Mr. Paone will present on the top 10 reported family law decisions in 2021. Ms. Murphy will present on intimate partner violence, recently published case law concerning the Sexual Assault Survivor Protection Act, and domestic violence updates. The Symposium is the seminal family law lecture that is held annually and is attended by over 700 matrimonial practitioners, judges, accountants, and other family law professionals across the state.
