John P. Paone, Jr., Esq. and Cassie Murphy, Esq., partners with the Law Offices of Paone, Zaleski & Murphy, will be featured speakers at the 2023 Family Law Symposium. Mr. Paone will present on the top 10 reported family law decisions in 2022. Ms. Murphy will present on the preparation of an alimony case based on the alimony factors, not formulas. The Symposium is the seminal family law lecture that is held annually and is attended by over 700 matrimonial practitioners, judges, accountants, and other family law professionals across the state. This year, the Symposium is returning to the Hyatt Regency, which is located at 2 Albany St New Brunswick, New Jersey. Mr. Paone’s presentation will take place on January 28, 2023, at 9:10 a.m. and Ms. Murphy’s presentation will take place that same day at 1:15 p.m.
