The Family Law Executive Committee is a special group of attorneys and judges dedicated to improving the practice of family law in New Jersey. It acts as a liaison between practitioners, the courts, and the legislature regarding court rules and pending legislation. This committee also educates the public regarding the changes in New Jersey family law cases and statutory interpretation. John P. Paone, Jr., Esq., the founding and managing partner of the Law Offices of Paone, Zaleski & Murphy, is a former Chair and is currently a Member Emeritus of this committee. Cassie Murphy, Esq., a partner with the firm, is the Vice Chair of this committee. Victoria Paone Rosa, Esq., an associate with the firm, is a former Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Subsection and currently a Member with voting rights of this committee.
