Partners to Lecture at the 2022 NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention

Our partners, John P. Paone, Jr., Esq. and Cassie Murphy, Esq., will be speaking at The New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting and Convention to be held at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City.

John P. Paone Jr., Esq., the founding and managing partner of the firm, will be a panelist at the College and Graduate School Contributions Seminar on May 19, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. During this seminar, Mr. Paone and fellow panelists will discuss the impact of divorce on each parent’s respective obligations to contribute to their children’s college and graduate school education. Registered participants will receive 1.8 CLE credits for attendance at this seminar.

Cassie Murphy, Esq. will be a panelist at the Guardians Ad Litem Seminar on May 19, 2022, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. During this seminar, Ms. Murphy and fellow panelists will discuss the appointment of a Guardian Ad Litem in a divorce case and the potential impact of a Guardian’s involvement in a disputed custody matter. Registered participants will receive 1.8 CLE credits for attendance at this seminar.
